Onrushing decreptitude - motivational messages

Needing inspiration, I turned to the pantheon of the gods:

Mao Tse Tung, 1966, age 73 swims 9 miles across Yangtze River. Presumably aided by the current, he swims at 4 times the pace of an Olympic champion. [ref]

Kim Jong Il, 2006, age 65 shoots 11 holes-in-one in a round of golf. [ref]

Pat Roberston, 2006, age 73 leg presses 2,000 pounds; he has a miracle shake for sale that will help you do the same. [ref]
